The Department of Electrical and Information Engineering (DEIE), Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) invites outstanding international students to apply for the DEIE Scholarship.
The scholarship is available for the following programs:
- Master’s Program in Electrical Engineering
- Master’s Program in Information Technology
- Doctoral Program in Electrical Engineering
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants will receive:
- ✅ Full tuition fee coverage
- ✅ Dormitory accommodation (located near public transportation and major access roads)
- ✅ Monthly living allowance of IDR 3,000,000
Scholarship duration:
- Up to 4 semesters for Master’s students
- Up to 6 semesters for Doctoral students
Not covered:
- Student visa fees
- Round-trip airfare
- Health and travel insurance

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Degree Certificate(s)
- Academic Transcript(s) (Minimum GPA 3.25/4.00)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)

- Passport
- Thesis/Dissertation Research Proposal
- English Proficiency Certificate:
- TOEFL ITP ≥ 500
- TOEFL iBT ≥ 61
- IELTS ≥ 5.5
- Duolingo English Test ≥ 100
