Scholarship Information
The DEIE Scholarship (Odd Semester) provides the following benefits:
1. Tuition Fees
- Doctoral Program: Coverage of tuition fees for 6 semesters.
- Master’s Program: Coverage of tuition fees for 4 semesters.
2. Student Dormitory Accommodation
- Doctoral Program: Provision of dormitory accommodation for 6 semesters.
- Master’s Program: Provision of dormitory accommodation for 4 semesters.
3. Living Expenses
- Doctoral Program: A monthly living allowance of 3 million IDR for 6 semesters.
- Master’s Program: A monthly living allowance of 3 million IDR for 4 semesters.

UPLOAD REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Degree Certificate – Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (for Master’s Program) or both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Certificates for Doctoral Program)
- Academic Transcript (minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.0 for Bachelor’s and 3.5 out of 4.0 for Master’s)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) and Application Letter (upload it together in a single file). You can download the cover letter template at ugm.id/coverlettertemplate.
- Letter of Recommendation
- Passport
- Research Proposal (for Thesis or Dissertation)
- English Proficiency Scores – TOEFL ITP (500 or above), IELTS (5.5 or above), TOEFL iBT (61 or above), or Duolingo (100 or above)
