We are excited to announce scholarship opportunities for international students for the Evening Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year (starting February 2025) in the following programs:

  • Doctoral Program in Electrical Engineering
  • Master’s Program in Electrical Engineering
  • Master’s Program in Information Technology

Scholarship Information
The scholarship includes the following benefits:

  1. Tuition Fees
    • Doctoral Program: Coverage of tuition fees for 6 semesters.
    • Master’s Program: Coverage of tuition fees for 4 semesters.
  2. Student Dormitory Accommodation
    • Doctoral Program: Provision of dormitory accommodation for 6 semesters.
    • Master’s Program: Provision of dormitory accommodation for 4 semesters.
  3. Living Expenses
    • Doctoral Program: A monthly living allowance of 3 million IDR for 6 semesters.
    • Master’s Program: A monthly living allowance of 3 million IDR for 4 semesters.

Application Procedure
To apply, please send your application letter to teti@ugm.ac.id with the subject : DEIE Scholarship (Program Name). Include the following documents:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (for Master Program) or Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Certificate (for Doctoral Program)
  2. Transcript (with a minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.0 for Bachelor’s and 3.5 out of 4.0 for Master’s)
  3. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  4. Letter of Recommendation
  5. Passport
  6. Research Proposal for Thesis/Dissertation
  7. TOEFL ITP score of at least 550 or IELTS score above 6

Registration Deadline: November 15, 2024
Administrative Selection: November 18 – 22, 2024
Announcement of Administrative Selection Results: 25 November 2024 at 2:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time)
Interviews: November 28 – 29, 2024
Announcement of Results: December 3, 2024 at 08:00 AM
